Hello Musicians and performers!

There is still room in the 2013 season to be a part of the Union Square Farmers Market!

We are seeking performers for music during the market. The market runs 9-1 every Saturday through Nov 23, right in the center of Union Square, Somerville. With dozens of vendors it an exciting, fun event in Somerville every week.

Performers may put out a collection for tips and sell merchandise. We provide a tent and electricity, and promote through our weekly newsletter and social media. Generally we break the day up for performers in 2 sessions - from 10-11:30 and 11:30-1, but there is flexibility in scheduling.

Through feedback from vendors and customers, we're careful to try and schedule music that will meet everyone needs for entertainment during the event, at a volume and style that is works for sales and vendors talking with their customers. Please include a link to a website or something with clips if possible.
