Seeking poetry manuscripts (50-80 pages) from any state, and short story, novel, and creative nonfiction entries (no more than 200 pages) from Minnesota and NYC emerging writers. 3 prizes of $1,000 each, standard royalty contract, and publication for winners. No fee.
