Seeking qualifications from artists who will provide exterior artistic enhancements to one of two towers (2'x12'), which will provide habitat for Chimney Swifts. Compensation: $500. Artists expected to provide all artistic materials required. Project and budget are primarily focused on local artists in western MO and eastern KS. No proposals.
