PUBLIC SCULPTURE OPPORTUNITY - November 2, 2006
Seeking proposals from artists to design or offer for sale an existing original sculptural work. The site is at the edge of the Norkirk neighborhood, on the corner of 3rd St and 10th Av. This neighborhood is north of downtown, and is a family-centered neighborhood. This will be the first public art in Kirkland outside of the downtown area. Budget: $9,000, inclusive.
