Art created or manipulated via any form of digital technology will be accepted for consideration from US artists 18+ of age. Please request the official call for proposals to view the full details on accepted media. $2,000 in award money will be given out. Dan Marsh from Michigan State University will select the award winners. A $20 fee per proposal.
