Seeking artists/design teams/companies with the following experience: 1) design and installation of outdoor art water features in extreme freeze/thaw conditions; 2) working in a collaborative effort with project design teams and engineers; 3) interest in creating a work that supports the goals and design elements of the State Street Design Project; and 4) Artwork that minimizes operational/maintenance costs and energy needs. The selected finalists will receive a fee for expenses related to developing a design concept for the project. No entry fee.
