The City of North Charleston invites sculpture artists from across the nation to participate in the third annual Outdoor Sculpture Competition and Exhibition. This unique 11 month exhibition offers established and emerging artists the opportunity to display thought provoking sculptures at sites throughout the stunning and picturesque Riverfront Park in North Charleston, South Carolina.
