College students from West Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, and Kentucky are invited to participate in the eighth annual West Virginia Flash Animation Festival to compete for $1,750 in cash prizes. Students may submit up to two animations in the following categories: comedy, dramatic, professional website, personal resume, experimental, artistic installation. advertising, video, educational, and interactive game. Winning entries will be posted on a permanent website. No entry fee.
