Grand Prize for Best Film is $1000. $100 Prizes will be given for Best Short in the following categories: Comedy, Drama, Documentary, Animation, Screenplay & Special Interest. All entries must be submitted on DVD or NTSC VHS tape. Length of film must be 45 minutes or less. Entry fee.
