One of Maryland's largest free music-and-culture events is seeking an exciting new design for our t-shirt. The winning designer will be paid $200 and will have his/her image on Festival merchandise and promotional material. Eligibility limited to residents of Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia. No entry fee.
