We are called upon to be stewards of the Earth, our island home. Yet it seems a day doesn't pass without at least one report of some new global, environmental threat or catastrophe. Global warming, holes in the ozone, pollution of air, sea and land, deforestation, endangered wildlife… CR Gallery at the Episcopal Church of the Redeemer in Kenmore, Washington invites artists to submit 2-dimensional artwork that explores these themes for a juried exhibit. (Art can extend into the third dimension, but it must be able to be hung on a wall.) All genres and media considered, so don't feel this has to be landscape art. Entry fee.
