CALL FOR PUBLIC ART PROPOSALS - April 21, 2008
Request for Qualifications of Artists living in Oregon, Washington and California
East Portland Community Center. Artists and artists teams working in all media and currently residing in Oregon, Washington and California are invited to submit qualifications for an exterior artwork at the East Portland Community Center at 740 SE 106th. The total percent for art budget is approximately $70,000.
