The Competition and Showcase screenings feature the best animation from around the world. The OIAF receives over 2000 entries. Only 100 are selected to be screened. Animators are invited to submit their recent work in six major categories including Independent Short films, Feature films, New Media, Commissioned films (TV series, commericals, music video etc), Student films and Work Made for Children. No entry fee.
