Seeking a Washington State artist to create a water feature for the South Wastewater Treatment Plant. This project presents a unique opportunity for collaboration, with Plant staff providing on-site support, expertise, and resources. Competitive applicants will have experience working collaboratively with community representatives or governmental agencies in the design and execution of artwork and portfolio examples of permanently-sited exterior sculpture, work made from recycled and reclaimed materials, or work using water as a primary material.
