Practicing professional and emerging Artists and/or teams ar eligible to apply. The project budget should not exceed $45,000, inclusive of all Artist fees, conception, design, fabrication, transportation, prep work and installation costs and protection of the artwork during development. In addition, the fee will include compensation for the Artist's time to attend City meetings and make presentations as required. Entry fee.
