EMERGE is an art zine designed to connect emerging Midwest artists with galleries in the region. Distributed quarterly to over 100 Midwest galleries, emerge features six artists per issue, each hand selected by a rotation of guest jurors. Professional Midwest artists working in all media are encouraged to apply. Chosen artists receive an entire color spread, complete with several images of recent work, their show history and a Q&A section where they discuss the ideas behind their art. Entry fee.
