The Public Art Committee of the City of Plano, Texas seeks to commission an original, exterior, site-specific, functionally, philosophically, and artistically integrated space for the city’s Animal Shelter. Its purpose is to attract passersby and identify the facility. The artwork must be imaginative, durable, and require low maintenance. The budget is $22,000. he project is open to all artists located in the continental U.S.A.
