For the 16th time IFHP organises the Young Film & Video Creators' Competition. The main theme is affordable housing, subthemes: the hidden walls and many faces of a city. Entries up to max 15 min., may be individual or collective productions from young professionals or students. The three winning entries will receive cash prizes ($6000,
$4600, $3000) and the opportunity to have the film or video shown at the 52nd IFHP World Congress in Puerto Rico. Entry fee.
