This exhibit will explore the sculptural qualities of forms in fabric! Art will be featured that expresses itself through the stitched, sewn, knitted, or softly sculpted forms…to name only a few. This exhibit is an opportunity to showcase a diverse grouping of objects ranging from the nontraditional use of soft materials, to conceptually driven clothing or costuming or even to wearable performative art objects. The Stitch exhibit aims to show works which merge the methods of traditional craft with the art ideas of today. Entry fee.
