College scholarships of up to $20,000 (up to $5000.00 per year for four years) are awarded to high school seniors, high school juniors and college freshmen who have come up with creative solutions to problems faced by their schools, communities, or families, or who have solved artistic, scientific or technical problems in distinctive ways. Students who are residents of Connecticut or New York City, or who have applied to (or will be applying to) any undergraduate degree program in an accredited college, university, vocational or technical school in Connecticut or New York City are eligible. No entry/application fees.
