Artists are invited to apply to the top ranking 13th annual Art In The Pearl Fine Arts & Crafts Festival 2009. The festival is held Labor Day Weekend, September 5, 6 & 7, in the beautiful North Park blocks setting of Portland, Oregon's urban-chic Pearl District. Entry fee.
