The $10,000 Shirley Rabb Winston Scholarship in Voice and the $10,000 Naomi Winston Scholarship in Art have been established to allow young artists the opportunity to receive advanced training in either voice or art. Applicants in NC and VA(south of Fredericksburg) are required to demonstrate proficiency in their art through submission of the required materials (DVDs for vocal applicants and CDs or DVDs and prints for art applicants) to the VA/NC NSAL Chapter.
