Artists are invited to submit works for, Threads, March 13 through May 2. THREADS is an all media juried show on the theme of clothing in all of its shapes, sizes and manifestations. From wool to leather, spinning wheel to closet, Dorothy’s slippers to Elvis’s blue suede shoes; it’s what we wear, what covers us, displays us, exposes us. It’s conformity, self expression, an attraction, a deterrent. It’s a cover up and yet a revealing insight into who we are. Art that is accepted must be hand delivered to the gallery. Entry fee.
