The Talking Pictures Festival highlights new independent films and videos from around the world in a celebration of films with a unique voice and point-of-view. The festival will take place at several venues throughout Evanston, Illinois, a vibrant and diverse community right next to Chicago. Documentaries, fiction films, music videos, experimental films, animation, short or long,… any length or genre is welcome! Cash awards for winning entries. Entry fee.
