Requesting artists to submit short film and video works for presentation on multiple 42" flat screen monitors throughout the George R Brown Convention Center (GRBCC). The selected artworks (30 to 240 seconds, no sound track) will be purchased for the City of Houston's civic art collection. This opportunity is open to professional artists living and working in the United States. Purchase contracts of $3,500. Entry fee.
