Open to practicing abstract artists in the state of California. Applicants must have at least 1 year of residency in CA to apply. The purpose of this competition is to find new, fresh and undiscovered talent. Artists may not own gallery space nor have been featured in national art publications. Entries not meeting eligibility guidelines may be withdrawn from consideration. Entry fee.
