The City of San Diego Commission for Arts and Culture seeks an artist or artist team to create permanent, documentary public artwork(s) such as drawings, paintings, prints, photographs, videos or multi-media artworks, which record the unique nature of City Heights and engender community. Artists must be authorized to work in the U.S. to apply. Art Budget: $25,000.
