The 2010 Sculpture at Evergreen will be co-curated by a pair of individuals, an architect and an artist, whose shared interest in the particularities and character of place is shaped by their respective disciplines. Their dialogue and simultaneous presence invites other visual thinkers to engage Evergreen through their work and to contribute to an embedded conversation on the intertwining of moment and place. A $4000 honorarium will be awarded for selected artists for design and fabrication (materials) of site-specific works. A minimum of two site visits is required. Entry fee.
