Pacific Northwest artists 18 years and older living in Oregon, Washington, Idaho or Northern California are invited to submit all media. Awards: $300 Best in Show, $100 Best 2-D, $100 Best 3-D, $100 People's Choice Award. The Crossing the Blues Festival showcases a wide array of cultural arts from throughout the Northwest; including: fine art exhibitions, musical performances, cinematic screenings, and theatrical productions.
