Seeking proposals from contemporary artists for both the New Genre Festival 2011 and our regular yearly programs 2010-2011. The New Genre Festival is an annual event which showcases artists creating new forms of art works. Our regular yearly programs include gallery exhibits, new music concerts, performances of both spoken word and performance art, The Day of the Dead, The Tulsa ArtCar Weekend, and many educational programs. October 1 is the deadline for proposals in: Installation, new media, performance art, curatorial work, new movement and other new forms which defy category. Some stipends are available. The proposals will be for the New Genre XVIII which will be reviewed for the Spring of 2011.
