Artist’s RFP Chalk Drawings- Connect the Dots Arts Festival, Sunday, September 20, 2009, 11 AM – 5 PM. A series of dots designed by artists, who will draw them in water-soluble chalk on the sidewalks and roadways of Snug Harbor, will guide visitors around the site. People who wish to create dots will work within a circle 15” in diameter in chalk provided. Each dot site will be marked with a flag, and participants will wear buttons that say Ask me about my dot! Works completed by 2 PM will be eligible for first, second, anf third place cash prizes of $25, $50, and $100 respectively. Entry fee.
