Seeking art from emerging as well as established artists in a wide variety of visual media. Artists in any region and any country are welcome to submit. The exhibit will showcase the ways in which contemporary artists, regardless of their location, share similar aesthetic concerns and conceptual approaches in a world of increasingly dramatic flux. A $500 first prize and a $250 second prize will be awarded by the juror. A catalog of the show will feature artists statements, biographies, and images from participating artists, as well as an introductory essay by the juror. In addition to having their work archived on CoCA's website, artists are invited to participate in CoCA's online store.
