Artists are invited to apply to the top ranking 14th annual Art In The Pearl Fine Arts & Crafts Festival 2010. The festival is held Labor Day weekend, September 4, 5 and 6, in the beautiful North Park blocks setting of Portland, Oregon's urban-chic Pearl District neighborhood. Applications are accepted December 15, 2009 through midnight March 15, 2010 using ZAPP online application system. Entry fee.
