Open to all artists living in Northern California, north of King City and south of the Oregon border. Southern Exposure presents the 2009 Juried Film/Video Screening and the Juried Public Art and Urban Interventions Day. This year’s theme is Passive/Aggressive. Both of these projects will feature new work by Northern California artists and have separate rules listed below. Films and videos must be completed within the past year. Artists must submit their work on DVD for jurying. No entry fee.
