Visual artists working in all genres inclusive of new and traditional media are invited to create a landmark public art work at the Dargan Entrance to Belfast Harbour Estate in the Vicinity of Dargan Road, Seal Road and Dargan Drive. The budget for this commission is £100,000.00 and is to include; Artists Fees (including site visits, shortlisted proposal fees), Fabrication and installation of the artwork; including costs for site preparation, Transportation Costs, Insurance Costs.
