Call for art commenting on the role of water or sustainability within our environment. This exhibition is hosted by Richland College in Dallas, Texas. $1500 in awards will be distributed. All artists who apply must live in Texas or bordering states including Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Arkansas. Entry fee.
