Juried exhibition calls for print since 1983. This exhibition is to encourage interactions among artists and provide them a platform of free communication, debate and exchange. Entry is open to artists from around the world and free of charge. Gold Medal: NT$200000 (about 6060USD), plus other cash prizes. Entry fee.
