Art In The Pearl Fine Arts & Crafts Festival’s emerging artist program is designed specifically for Oregon and Washington artists who have minimal experience exhibiting and selling their artwork. We will be looking for 3-4 Emerging Artists who will each be paired with a mentor to help guide them through the process of preparing, displaying and selling their work. Artists who are just beginning their careers in the art world are encouraged to apply. The festival will be held Labor Day weekend, September 4, 5 and 6, 2010, in Portland's beautiful North Park blocks. Entry fee.
