Open to all artists 18 or older who are US residents. Each artist may submit one or two slides or jpgs of recent, original 2D (wall-hang-able) work in ANY medium including drawing, painting, printmaking, photography, fiber, mixed media and work that has some sculptural elements. Over $8,500 in prize money will be awarded to the artists including three $1,000 Awards of Excellence. This year's judge/juror is Larry McNeil. Opening Reception, buffet dinner and judges commentary: 7/27/10 at 5:00 Exhibit runs through September 10, 2010. Entry fee.
