Now accepting sculpture/installation proposals for the year 2010. The center supports emerging sculptors and upholds the work of career sculptors. Sculpture, site-specific, multi-media, installation and/or existing sculptures are considered. Artists may be in residence at Franconia from 3 weeks to 3 months, whatever it takes to pull of an ambitious new project. Opportunities for financial assistance include up to 8 funded Franconia/Jerome or Franconia/NEA fellowships ranging from $3,000 to $5,000. In our 13-year history, we have supported the careers of more than 450 emerging and established, regional, national and international artists.
