The contest is open to all adults, teens and children The Post Office will not approve a postmark that promotes ideals, policies, programs, products, campaigns, or candidates of religious, anti-religious, commercial, political, fraternal, trade, labor, public interest, or special interest organizations. Postmarks featuring the name and/or image of any individual must be authorized in writing by appropriate families and estates. These same restrictions apply to copyrighted or trademarked names and images. Prize to be $100. Presented at the opening of the event.
