Open to professional public artists or public artist teams who are experienced in the media and site specifications required for the project and are living in the Midwest region of the United States, including those states that directly border Nebraska. This comprises the following states: Nebraska, Iowa, North and South Dakota, Kansas, Missouri, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Colorado and Wyoming.
