Screenplay categories: Drama (Historical, Western, Drama, Family, Romance, Horror, Thriller, etc.) and/or Comedy (Dark, Satirical, Slapstick, and more). There are also TWO additional categories: Latitude Productions Award (Adult-themed, character-driven story with a production budget under 10 million dollars) and the Sci-Fi Award (fantasy, horror, science fiction, etc). To be considered for these additional awards you must have your screenplay entered in either the Drama or Comedy Category. Teleplay categories: Drama and Sitcom. The Teleplay Competition is open to any spec scripts for currently airing network or cable programs. Entry fee.
