Open to all artists 18 or older who reside in the United States. Entries must have been completed after January 1, 2008, and created without supervision. Works will be made available for purchase if the artist chooses. Awards: first $1,500; second $1,000; third $500; honorable mentions $100; plus Visitors Choice Award $250. Juror: noted pastel artist and author Anne Heywood. Submit CD with JPEG or TIFF images. Entry fee.
