Open to all artists utilizing the quilt medium. Open to artistic interpretations of the quilted medium and will accept submissions to the extent that all work must have a minimum of 2 layers of material. There are no restrictions on the type of materials used to create layers, the materials used to stitch layers together, or the method of stitching. 1 or 2 works of art per submission. Entry fee.
