International emerging artists of any field are invited to apply for the Fall 2010 "Emerging Artists Competition" of Visual Overture Magazine. Juror, Dan Price, will select 7 artists for feature in publication. Selected artists are presented on two pages of magazine and receive 3 complimentary copies of issue in which they are featured. This is an excellent opportunity for under-represented artists to connect with galleries, curators, and collectors!
