Open to all U.S. artists 18 years or older. Work must be original and executed within the past two years. Work must not have been previously exhibited at the Arts Center. Ten outdoor artists will receive a $1000 honorarium. One Best in Show winner will receive a $1000 award. The indoor exhibition is by invitation only and no awards will be given. No entry fee.
