Brighton Photo Fringe and Phoenix Brighton would like to invite submissions for OPEN 2010 - an open submission solo exhibition opportunity for an emerging to mid-career photographer or lens based artist. OPEN 2010 will be the keynote exhibition for the 2010 festival and will run alongside the Brighton Photo Biennial. Applicants must be living or working in the UK. Entry fee.
