Open to all artists 18 and older living in Texas. A pet is considered to be a domestic animal that is cared for daily and shows you unconditional love. Not animals in a field or wildlife. Examples of pets are dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, gerbils, parrots, parakeets, fish in your home aquarium, ferrets, etc. Entry fee.
