This RFQ is one of two concurrent public art calls to artists related to the African American Music Trail in Kinston, but commissioned by two different agencies. This Kinston Community Council for the Arts RFQ refers only to the Pearson Park bandstand project, not to the separate All-America Park RFQ, which is under the auspices of the North Carolina Arts Council. Artists may apply to both RFQs, but separate applications are required. BUDGET: $65,000.
